In most cases, GoHighLevel Support Chat can take over an hour to answer your questions. Although we cannot resolve technical issues, we are able to address many instances where setup and configurations are causing the issue. In addition, we are able to quickly onboard, setup and configure your account while you watch. So not only will your account be up and running in no time, you will get to see the setup so you can learn more about using GoHighLevel.

Can you onboard my clients?

Yes, we can handle the onboarding of all your clients. We are much more affordable than other options. Please refer to the Onboarding section to see what all will be covered. Please schedule and pay for the 60 min appointment using your clients contact information.

What if my issue turns out to be a technical issue?

If your issue turns out to be a technical issue, unfortunately we will have to refer you to GoHighLevel to have them resolve it. Please be aware that we do not offer a full refund. If you booked a 60 min call and end up having to be referred to GoHighLevel for a tech issue, we will issue a refund for the second 30 mins. You will not be refunded for the first 30 mins.

We record all Zoom meetings and are more than happy to share the link afterwards.
